Collaboration with Wusum Gallery & Katara Art Center
For Asia Now 2024, Vertygo worked with Wusum Gallery and Katara Art Center on a project-based collaboration to support the presentation of their booth. Vertygo contributed to refining the display concept, developing the spatial layout, and coordinating the installation and fair operations. The project combined practical fair support with visual and spatial decision-making to shape the final booth experience.
The booth presented two emerging Qatari artists, Noora Al Hardan and Hamad Al Fayhani, the display put their works in conversation by displaying photography on one side and transitioning to painting when exploring the booth clockwise. Hamad’s photographs where followed by photographic collages, which in turn led to Noora’s architecture inspired artworks.
